Exciting changes
have been underway at SPC, and new programs and benefits for SPC customers
are coming your way!

New System Software Streamlines Customer Service and Prevents
Delays:
In an on going effort to
continue our high standard of customer service, we are updating
our system software. As we begin to ready ourselves for the
upgrade we will also be updating many of our business
practices. One change requires us to update our credit
information for your account in order to assure that the
appropriate credit limits are established and therefore prevent
shipment delays due to credit issues.
2. Announcing the "SPC
Customer Growth & Rebate Program" - a rewarding incentive
program:
Our
 investment
in this software change will also facilitate a new incentive
program we've designed for you. Your business is very important
to us and we’d like to reward you for your loyalty and your
growth. Beginning in January, 2009, we will be introducing this
exciting program for our customers. All you have to do to win is
to increase your quarterly purchases during the 2009 fiscal year
as compared to quarterly purchases achieved during the same
quarter of the previous fiscal year. More information and
details on this program will be sent to you and will be posted
in January 2009.

Branch Location, Columbus, Ohio, Serving Central Ohio:
You asked. We listened. Many of our customers who are more
centrally located in the Ohio have been asking for a more
convenient pick-up and training facility. Beginning the week of
October 20th our new Columbus Branch will be opened.
